Powder manufacturing
Supplement powder manufacturing, private label and custom
Tub and single-serve powders for creatine, electrolytes, greens, energy and drink mixes, built to taste right, mix cleanly and stay dry on the shelf. Blended and packed in our own facility.
When is a powder the right format for a supplement?
A powder is the right format when the serving is measured in grams. Creatine, electrolytes, greens and many performance and sleep blends need several grams per serving, which would mean a handful of tablets or capsules. In a tub or a stick pack the customer gets the full dose in one serving, mixed into water or a drink.
Making a good powder is mostly about how it behaves. It has to blend evenly so every serving carries the label claim, mix without clumping, taste good in water, and resist picking up moisture once the tub is opened. We work out flavor, mixability and bulk density on the bench, choose the package for your channel, and fill, seal and label the finished product.

How to choose a supplement powder manufacturer
To choose a supplement powder manufacturer, ask how they make sure every serving matches the label. Even blending, accurate fill weights set from the powder's bulk density, and a certificate of analysis on the finished batch are what protect your label claim. Next, ask about taste and mixability: will they develop the flavor and test how the powder dissolves in water before filling, and how do they stop it clumping once the tub is open? Check the package options, such as tubs for daily use and stick packs for single servings, and whether one team fills, seals, labels and case-packs them. Finally, ask for honest format advice, since some doses fit a tablet or capsule better. MCM Labs makes powders for brands across the United States, from formula and flavor work to filled, labeled tubs and sticks.
- Label claim in every serving. Even blending and fill weights set from measured bulk density, confirmed by the batch COA.
- Flavor and mixability first. Taste and dissolution worked out on the bench before anything is filled.
- Clump control. Ingredients, flow and packaging chosen to keep the powder loose after opening.
- Tubs and single-serve. Both package types from the same team, so you can add a format later.
- Format advice. A straight answer when a tablet or capsule would carry your dose better.

Questions about powder manufacturing
Tub or stick pack: which is better for a powder?
Tubs suit daily-use products where the customer measures a serving at home, such as creatine or greens. Stick packs suit single servings, sampling, travel and subscription boxes, and keep each dose sealed until it is used. Many brands launch in one and add the other later; the same formula usually works in both.
How do you keep powders from clumping?
Clumping comes from moisture and from ingredients that attract it. We work out the blend on the bench with that in mind and pick packaging that seals well, so the powder stays loose after the tub is opened.
Can you make an unflavored powder?
Yes. Unflavored products such as plain creatine are common. If an ingredient has a strong taste of its own, we will tell you how it will come across in water and offer a lightly flavored option.
Will every serving have the same dose?
It should. Even blending and accurate filling are what make each serving match the label, and fill weight is set from the measured bulk density of your blend. The certificate of analysis on the finished batch confirms the label claim.
What is the minimum order for private label powder?
Minimums depend on the formula and the package, so we set them per proposal. Send a brief with your serving size and expected volume and we will quote a starting run.
