Build your brand

You have the idea. This is the part nobody explains.

Most people with a good product idea stall in the same place — not on the idea, on everything after it. Who makes it. What it costs. How long it takes. Here is the whole path, with the timeline written down.

The timeline

Ninety days. A month for each hard part.

It is not three months of waiting. It is three months of work, and you are busy for most of it — which matters, because what you do during those ninety days decides how the launch lands.

01Days 1–30

Decide what you're actually making

This starts as a conversation, not a spec sheet. Who takes this, when in their day, and what it replaces. Then the channel, because DTC, retail and convenience have completely different cost targets. Then the dose — which is the answer that rules formats in or out. Format comes last. It is an outcome of the first three answers, never a starting preference.

By the end of the month you have a chosen active and dose, a format that can carry it, a pilot you have tasted, and a real number for what a run costs.

What you're doing meanwhileFilming the decision. The tasting, the rejected version, the reason you picked one flavour over another — that footage is the launch content, and it only exists if someone captures it now.
02Days 31–60

Build the packaging

Packaging architecture before artwork. Bottle, pouch, sachet, blister or flow wrap is a channel-economics decision — it sets your cost per unit, your shelf presence and your shipping weight, and it is expensive to reverse once the artwork is drawn around it. Then label copy, then a compliance read, then print.

This is the month most first-time brands underestimate, and the one where an experienced partner saves you the most money.

What you're doing meanwhileShowing the packaging choices. Two label options and a genuine question to your audience outperforms any launch post you could write later — and the people who vote show up to buy.
03Days 61–90

Make it, test it, ship it

The production run under GMP controls, with batch records, line clearance and in-process checks. Third-party testing with a certificate of analysis issued in your brand's name, not ours. Then pack-out, case packing and shipping to wherever your fulfilment lives.

We shoot your production while it runs. You get the line footage, and it is genuinely yours.

What you're doing meanwhileThe reveal. You have spent sixty days building an audience that already knows this product is coming, so day ninety is a launch to people who are waiting rather than an announcement to strangers.

The part that costs nothing

You don't have to wait ninety days to start earning.

The hardest thing about launching your own product is that the money goes out long before any comes in. So we do it the other way round.

Most people do both. It is the same audience either way, and teasing your own product while selling a proven one is a stronger story than either on its own.

Explore

Start with what you want it to do.

Pick the outcome you're chasing. We'll show you the actives that get you there, what each one does to the formulation, and which formats can carry the dose.

Energy & focus

Pick a goal above to see the actives, the formulation tradeoffs, and the formats that suit it.

Loading the explorer… if this text stays, send us a brief and we'll walk you through it directly.

This is a starting map, not a formulation. The right active and dose for your product depends on your channel, your label claims and your cost target — which is the first conversation, not the last.

Straight answers

What people ask before they commit

Do I need to know my formula already?

No, and most people don't. Turning up with a consumer and a channel in mind is enough to have a productive first call. Turning up with a finished formula is fine too.

Is ninety days realistic?

It's the working timeline for a straightforward product on a standard pack. Custom moulds, unusual actives, imported components or a compliance question can add time — we tell you which of those applies at the end of month one, not at the end of month three.

What does it cost to start?

It depends on format, dose and packaging, and we'd rather quote your actual product than publish a number that's wrong for you. Send a brief and you get a starting run price and the volume tiers above it.

Who owns the formula?

If we develop it for you, it's yours. The COA is issued in your brand's name. You're not renting your own product back from us.

Start here

Ninety days from now, this could be on a shelf.

Tell us what you're making — or that you don't know yet. Both are a fine place to start, and the first conversation costs nothing.
